Each job will be completed on a timely basis with the highest quality materials and the strictest attention to detail. We leave a 6-month normal wear guarantee on all repairs. If any piece breaks due to faulty craftsmanship or materials, repairs will be made at no charge to the customer. Hollow chains, bracelets, etc. are not guaranteed. Pricing is based on standard material and labor charges. Due to the varied range of jewelry styles, both antique and new, some items may require work not noticed upon first inspection. Additional material or labor needed to complete a job will be quoted for approval before work is done. When rings are sized excessively small or large, additional labor may be charged. Prices are based on retaining scrap and old metal content. If material is to be returned, please specify and additional charges may apply. Prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in the world metal markets. Due to the variety of perfection grades, qualities of stones, and existing conditions of customer jewelry, we can not assume responsibility for damage or breakage. Because of the fragile nature of some colored stones, lower-quality diamonds, and clarity-enhanced stones, all stones will be set at the customer’s own risk. All work is done in my shop on premises with the exception of pearl and bead stringing, C.A.D. orders, and stone cutting/repolishing.
